Loudoun County

  • Countywide: no official time set by the county. Local consensus is dusk until about 9pm on Oct 31. Some HOAs and neighborhoods set their own night β€” check with yours.

Fairfax County

  • Countywide: no official time. Oct 31 is the customary date; general consensus is dusk to 9pm.

Fauquier County

  • Countywide: no official time. Warrenton's daytime Old Town trick-or-treat and parade happens earlier in the day β€” see Costume Parades & Parties below. Neighborhood trick-or-treat is typically the evening of Oct 31.

Clarke County

  • Countywide: does not regulate trick-or-treat hours.
